Job Overview
You will be responsible delivering high-quality Early Years Education and creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive and grow.
You will be supporting children’s learning and development within a well-thought out daily routine, as well as planning enriching learning experiences for our young learners.
Together, we will continue to develop and deliver an aspirational and child-centred curriculum that enables every unique child to be an empowered, life-long learner.
The Successful Candidate will:

- See children as competent, capable learners and seek to better understand their learning.
- Be a confident, resilient, reflective teacher with a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Be experienced in working with young children in Early Years settings.
- Have the capacity to build meaningful relationships with children, families and staff.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and lead a team of experienced Early Years Practitioners.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Early Years pedagogy and practice.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
