We have an exciting opportunity available for a Deputy Headteacher with exceptional teaching skills, Deputy/Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENDCo experience.
We are looking for someone with a successful track record in safeguarding, staff development, and driving school improvement.
Salary: £51,594 – £56,951 L4-L8

About The Role
The Deputy Headteacher, under the direction of the Headteacher, will take a major role in:
- Formulating the aims and objectives of the school as part of the Leadership Team.
- Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives.
- Leading and managing staff and resources to that end.
- Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives.
- Deputising in the absence of the Headteacher.
- Keeping children safe as Deputy or Designated Safeguarding Lead, following school policy and procedures in collaboration with the teams.
- Supporting the SENDCo with writing EHCP’s and other aspects of the SENDCo role.
- Developing staff confidence and expertise, building strong teams, embedding the curriculum.
- Making a difference to the lives of the children and their families.
